What is Depth Token?
Depth is a stable asset management protocol for HECO blockchain, allowing users to swap between stablecoins including HECO-peg HUSD and USDT in a secure, Automated Market Maker (AMM) driven decentralized exchange (DEX) environment with good depth, low slippage, and low transaction fees. HRC-20 DEP Token (DEP) is the governance token of Depth protocol. Users can stake DEP to mint xDEP for participation in community governance. DEP has no investment value and functions only as a governance token. Depth.fi provides a curated selection of yield aggregators for liquidity providers to earn passive yield from transaction fees and earn additional yield from various HECO protocols and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms for lending yield, mining rewards, and other strategies with current integrations including Channels, LendHub and FilDA protocols. More stablecoins will be supported in the future including HBTC, HETH, and WTC to comply with the cross-chain implementation of HECO assets and will be carried out under the premise of sufficient liquidity and transaction demand on the chain.
