What is Fluke?
Fluke is a memecoin on Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum layer-2 built on the Arbitrum Orbit stack. It trades against WETH in a Uniswap v4 pool, and its mechanics live in a Uniswap v4 hook attached to that pool.
The hook charges 1% on buys and 3% on sells, taken on the WETH side. Ninety percent of collected fees go back into the token: most funds three prize pots, and a quarter of the sell fee is used by a separate contract to buy FLUKE on the open market and burn it, so total supply falls over time.
Two pots resolve inside the buy transaction itself - any buy of $5 or more is entered automatically, with no ticket to mint and no claim step. BONE pays in whitelisted memecoins; TENDIES pays in tokenized equities. The third pot, FEAST, cannot be bought into: a wallet is eligible after holding fourteen days, its weighting rises with holding duration to a maximum at day ninety, and any sale resets it. FEAST settles weekly to one holder in ETH.
Outcomes use drand, a public randomness beacon whose signature the contract verifies on-chain. Odds are committed before the random value exists, and every outcome emits events sufficient to reproduce the calculation independently.
Contract source is verified on Blockscout. The full supply was placed in a single Uniswap v4 liquidity position held by an ownerless contract; no presale, no team allocation, no vesting, and the deployer has renounced.
