CHAU is a de-facto over collateralised stabil coin pegged to the price of gold with a Decentralised pegging mechanism a hybrid between the solutions developed by Maker (MKR) and Synthetix (SYN). It borrows the best aspects from both systems, where it has a lot lower collateral requirement than Synthetix and a better reward structure for the opening of positions compared to Maker DAO.
It also includes Non-inflationary stability mechanisms for the recapitalization of the system and 1:1 profit with the actual tracked asset.
