What is Hxro?
Hxro is a crypto options trading platform providing traders with a simplified interface to interact with and speculate on cryptocurrency markets, with tools for investors to express views on price, hedge risk and capitalize on volatility to facilitate intuitive, odds-based trading. HXRO is the network token for Hxro ecosystem issued on the Ethereum blockchain network ERC-20 token standard. HXRO token holders earn discounts on platform fees in the form of rebates, awarded in proportion to the amount of HXRO held. MoonRekt, a core product of the Hxro ecosystem, is a parimutuel system that aggregates all positions into a liquidity pool with "in-the-money" positions sharing the total pool at expiration. For example, if a contract’s closed price is higher than the locked price, Moon positions are in-the-money. If the closed price is lower than the locked price, Rekt positions are in-the-money. The in-the-money positions share the total pool in proportion to their ownership percentage. This system creates a new dimension of fairness and earnings potential for options traders on the Hxro platform.
