What is Konomi Network?
KONO is the native utility and governance token for Konomi decentralized liquidity and cross-chain money market protocol. Konomi was built on Substrate, a framework developed by blockchain infrastructure firm Parity Technologies, with the goal to extend support to more assets within the Polkadot ecosystem, allowing users to manage their crypto holding positions, trade assets and earn interest through decentralized money market products. KONO token holders earn voting rights to participate in decentralized governance decisions for changes to be made to the platform, and may stake or delegate their KONO to a validator node, earning rewards as a share of platform revenue in return for helping to secure debt positions within the protocol.
