What is Moonpad?
Moonpad (MPAD) is a community-driven fundraising platform and audit service for Binance Smart Chain. Moonpad empowers decentralized finance (DeFi) projects to raise liquidity and distribute tokens in a fair and decentralized manner with low barrier to entry. Moonpad utilizes a three-round system to ensure a fair launch and guarantee every tier an allocation of launchpad tokens. The first round proportion of allocation is given to participants depending on the pool weight of their tier which is solely dependent on the number of MPAD tokens they hold. Round two is first come first serve, where any unsold tokens are available for purchase at an uncapped amount for eight hours. Round three is the final round with remaining tokens available to all platform users with an uncapped limit and no requirement to hold BEP-20 MPAD token. Moonpad will reward long term holders by implementing a vesting system for users who stake MPAD to receive a representative token (xMPAD) distributed to their wallet over 30 days. At the end of 30 days xMPAD will be equivalent to the staked MPAD value 1:1 and represent the full allocation available to an individual staking on the Moonpad platform.
