What is OWO (Emote Frog)?
Long before the token existed, the internet had already fallen in love with him — they just didn't know his name yet.
Starting around 2016–2017, Discord servers began exploding with emotes named things like shyowo, maowo, and smugowo. These green, round-faced expressions weren't random — they reflected a shared visual language born from Twitch, furry culture, anime chats, and kaomoji aesthetics.
Without ever meaning to, the community minted a meme.
The naming stuck. The face stuck. The vibe stuck.
We didn't invent $OWO — we just gave him the token he already deserved.
He was discovered in the wild. And now he's on-chain.
