What is SNAP-COIN?
THE AIM,
Snap Coin is community effort to make a crypto asset that serves as a medium of day to day exchange, to be more than just a financial instrument. We aim to raise awareness of the good uses of cryptocurrency, to show the world that cryptocurrency is not just for criminals and investing, but to be a real viable alternative to cash.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT?,
There are many differences that can be spotted between other assets and Snap Coin, but they can mostly be categorized into two categories.
Technical,
As our aim is to make crypto more accessible, I set out to eliminate transaction fees that are currently a big problem for many individual users. Snap Coin's currentimplementation utilizes PoW puzzles for each transaction that is submitted to the network to prevent spam.* To incentivize miners to include transactions in blockby slightly reducing the required blockaded difficulty for each transaction included.*

Snap Coin is not my (the developers) project, it is the your project, I created it for the community, and i take pride in my work. I will not shill this project, i will not try to hype it up. I count on the community to use, utilize, integrate, and talk about this project, we will grow this project naturally.
WHO IS THIS FOR,
Snap Coin is not created for big miner farms, or investors. If you are looking for a pump and dump you are in the wrong place. Do not expect this project to get listed and traded with high volume for stable coin trades, this is not the objective of this project. This coin is to be traded for real world products and services (for example you can go to the job-board channel and find services and products you can buy with Snap Coin. You can also list your own services and goods on this marketplace and make some Snap.
THE NERDY STUFF,
Snap Coin is written in 100% rust from scratch, with no blockchain libraries. It uses ed22519 EC keys and signatures. Snap Coin is developed to be ease to integrate any project, it has good documentation and a accessible API. I take pride in my code and I am open to all suggestions, pull requests, and any other form of collaboration. Snap coin is split into a main core library that includes node, blockchain and Snap Coin API logic.
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading through the Github README and the documentation. It is very easy to experiment with, and as I said i am more than open to suggestions and pull requests.
Zero transaction fees: Spam is prevented by Proof-of-Work puzzles, not fees.
