The Developer is strictly a software architect and coder; they are not a financial advisor, a guarantor, or a party to any financial transactions.
2. Limitation of Liability:
Shahin M.R.D. does not guarantee the financial performance, stability, or security of the USDR token. The Developer does not control, manage, or have access to the backing assets allegedly held by Mr. Rahimi.
3. No Financial Interest:
Shahin M.R.D. has no stake, profit-sharing, or ownership interest in Tether Rahimy Emirates (USDR) or the underlying assets. The Developer was compensated only for the code deployment and does not benefit from the trading volume or price appreciation of the token.
4. Exculpatory Clause:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER (SHAHIN M.R.D.) ۴. بند برائت و رفع مسئولیت:
توسعهدهنده (شاهین م.ر.د) بهصراحت هرگونه مسئولیت در قبال ضرر، آسیب، خسارت یا اقدامات قانونی ناشی از استفاده، معامله یا سوءاستفاده از توکن USDR را رد میکند. توسعهدهنده در قبال هرگونه سهلانگاری، کلاهبرداری یا تحریف توسط اشخاص ثالث مسئولیتی ندارد. این توکن "همانطور که هست" ارائه میشود و هیچ ضمانتی در مورد آن وجود ندارد.
۵. حوزه قضایی:
