What is CrossFi?
MinePlex is a new generation digital ecosystem that creates advanced and modern payment solutions. The company uses a unique CrossFi technology that synthesizes the stability of traditional finance, the transparency and security of blockchain technology.
The goal of MinePlex is to expand the influence of the blockchain and give users understandable and accessible financial instruments that will make the use of cryptocurrencies as simple as traditional currencies. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Singapore, the company has launched 9 real products to the crypto market. MinePlex develops a community in 68 countries around the world, solving common problems faced by participants of the crypto space.
MinePlex 1.0 is a proprietary blockchain built on Tezos architecture and uses the LPoS (Liquid Proof of Stake) consensus protocol, allowing any node in the network to be a validator. It has two native tokens, MINE and PLEX, both with limited emissions. MINE is the base token, used for generating new PLEX tokens and paying transaction fees. PLEX is the utility token required to access the services and products of the MinePlex ecosystem and for generating new MINE tokens through conversion.
MinePlex 2.0 blockchain uses Tendermint Core and Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus protocol. It has two coins, MPX (non-volatile) and XFI (volatile). All MPX holders can delegate their coins to start XFI mining, and each new block of XFI coins depends on the delegates served by MPX stakes. Both MPX and XFI are used in various products and services of the MinePlex ecosystem.
