What is Multichain?
MULTI is the governance token for Multichain (formerly Anyswap), a blockchain interoperability protocol designed to be the "ultimate Router for Web3". Multichain utilizes a Secure Multi Party Computation (SMPC) network of nodes using TSS Distributed Key Generation algorithm. Cross-Chain Bridges are the foundation block of Multichain, allowing fungible and non-fungible (NFT) assets on one chain to be sent to another chain. Multichain Cross-Chain Router enables any asset to be transferred between multiple blockchain networks, regardless if they are native or created using Multichain's Bridge.
