What is Swarm?
Swarm is a permissionless and private system of peer-to-peer networked nodes creating a decentralized censorship resistant system of storage and communication infrastructure, recently launched as Bee 1.0 Mainnet. Swarm Foundation is economically self-sustaining, utilizing an in-built incentives system powered by Ethereum blockchain smart contracts and BZZ utility token. Swarm’s long term vision is to become the operating system of the re-decentralized internet, providing scalable and self-sustaining infrastructure for a supply-chain economy of data.
