What is Bancor?
Bancor is a decentralized liquidity network that enables users to hold any token and convert it to any other token on the network, with no counter party, at an automatically calculated price, using just a simple web wallet. This is achieved through the use of the Bancor Protocol, this is a protocol which enables anyone to create completely liquid “smart tokens” that calculate their own prices and enable a single party to convert any token to another, thereby enabling the longtail of completely liquid cryptocurrencies.
